1. Intellectual Property & License


All content within this course—including but not limited to videos, PDFs, slide decks, templates, guides, and proprietary strategies—is the intellectual property of Epiphany. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials strictly for your individual, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Share, sell, distribute, or reproduce the course content.

• Modify or create derivative works.

• Resell or publicly display any materials.

• Share login credentials or grant access to others.


Any violation of this license will result in immediate termination of access without refund, and legal action may be pursued if necessary.


2. No Refund Policy


By purchasing the Epiphany Credit Mastery course, you acknowledge and agree to our strict no-refund policy. Once the course has been accessed or played in any capacity, no refunds will be issued—regardless of personal circumstances, user satisfaction, or course progress.


You are responsible for ensuring this course is right for you before purchasing. The knowledge and strategies provided cannot be unlearned, therefore all sales are final.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Berkeley.
